The painting comes ready to hang with picture wire attached and signature on the back.

Nature is the constant - the mountains and the trees hold still, always there, always themselves. Yet, all that we perceive is in a constant state of flux; temperature, light, time, erosion, damage… surrounding plant life grows and it dies, the color of the sky changing the colors on the earth.

What I saw today could never be the same as what I saw last year or what you saw earlier that day. That doesn’t make my sight remembered untrue, nor does it yours. Nature is reflecting myself back to me, because I am the one perceiving the change. How I see it is who I am. What I see in it is limited only to the capacity of what emotions are in the vocabulary of my experiences. It is a great teacher. But you have to slow down enough to see it.
