This piece was created out of the inspiring forces of a new perspective. A portrait view of a dense, heavy and wide stone landscape transforms what you think you see. In doing this, observing just a small, up close slice of the Joshua Tree landscape allowed me to deeply study the sights in front of me -one piece at a time and take in the entirety of its beauty.
